We will keep you updated via email on the progress of your order. Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday the order will be dispatched on Monday, except for Bank Holiday weekends when it will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Yes, of course! If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order, providing: Please return WITHIN 14 DAYS from the day you received the item. The item must be returned in its original condition. Please be EXTRA careful as we cannot accept any returns with any show of wear and tear such as smelling of perfume, washing powder, smoke, make up or fake tan. When returning, please make sure you include a note in your parcel with your order number and name as we will need to locate the return back to you. You can send your return to: Olives Boutique, 185 Highroad Loughton IG10 4LF We do not cover the cost of postage for returning your item and we suggest returning this via a tracked service so you know it has got back to us. We aim to process a refund within 10 working days from receiving the item.

If you chose to click and collect instore we do offer this service within 14 days of receiving your items.

Our Standard Delivery option is sent with royal mail on a 48-tracked service and takes 2-3 working days. Next day delivery is dispatched with Royal mail special next day guaranteed by 1pm and is sent the same day if you order before 1pm and you will receive the following working day by 1pm. This service only applies for orders place Monday to Thursday excluding bank holidays.

We open Monday to Friday 10-5pm and Saturday 10-5:30pm.
